The Brahm Court Index lists all case law reported in the Benefits Review Board Service (BRBS) from the first volume to the present. In addition, it includes the most important Longshore decisions from the Supreme Court Reporter, Federal Reporter, Federal Supplement, and other official publications. Comprehensive in scope, the Brahm Court Index offers efficient access to more than 5,600 cases that may impact the ability to prepare for a hearing, research a claim, or write an appeal.

For quick and easy reference, the Brahm Court Index has both an alphabetical and subject matter index. In the alphabetical index, cases are listed by case title and name of the claimant, and include the official reporter volume and page number to help locate a case in the law reporters. The subject matter index allows attorneys and insurance professionals to peruse relevant cases with ease.

Update Service

The Brahm Court Index reviews all judicial decisions pertaining to Longshore case law on an on-going basis. Through quarterly updates, attorneys and insurance professional can stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the court system that may effect pending claims.
